Art & Design I
1.0 credit, ElectiveArt & Design I is an introduction to the elements of art, the principles of design, basic color theory, art history, and visual aesthetics. Students will be challenged with a variety of two-dimensional and three-dimensional media, including: drawing, painting, print-making, ceramics, and mixed media. Emphasis is placed on effort, concentrated problem investigation, and the critique of artwork of all genres.
